Payment Terms

Certain of Kango's Services require payment. For a description of the Services that currently require payment (the "Paid Services"), please see our Paid Services page (https://www.kangoapp.com/providers.html). These "Payment Terms" govern payment for these Paid Services.

Remember that your use of Kango's Services is at all times subject to the Terms of Use (https://www.kangoapp.com/terms.html) which incorporates these Payment Terms. Any terms we use in these terms without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Use (https://www.kangoapp.com/terms.html).

Billing. We use a third-party payment processor (the "Payment Processor" e.g. Stripe, Inc.) to bill you through a payment method linked to your account on the Services (your "Payment Method") for use of the Paid Services. Kango may replace its third-party payment processor without notice to you. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Payment Terms. By choosing to use Paid Services, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such Paid Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen Payment Method. You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. Charges shall only be made through the Kango platform. Cash payments are strictly prohibited. We are not responsible for error by the Payment Processor and we reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes the Payment Processor makes in processing your payment. No refunds will be granted for any amounts paid hereunder.

Subscription Services. Some of the Paid Services may require a subscription ("Subscription Services.") Users of the Subscription Services must pay Kango a monthly subscription fee ("Subscription Fee"). The initial Subscription Fee shall be as specified in the Fee Schedule, but may change from time to time upon notice to User, provided that no Subscription Fee modification will be retroactively applied. Subscription Fees will be charged one month from the date on which the User's first Paid Services request is accepted by a Paid Provider, and each month "anniversary" thereafter. Subscription Fees will be charged to the payment method you provide. Failure to keep such payment method details current and accurate may result in Kango's failure to collect Subscription Fees, and may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Subscription Services.

Recurring Charges and Auto-Renewal for Subscription Services. We may submit charges for Subscription Fees periodically (e.g. monthly) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice (receipt of which is confirmed by us) that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your Payment Method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before we reasonably could act. You may terminate your authorization or change your Payment Method by emailing support@kangoapp.co. At the end of your subscription term ("Subscription Term"), your Subscription Services will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the Subscription Term originally selected, at our then-current rates (which may be different from the original Subscription Fee charged), in accordance with the Subscription Fee modification terms described above. You may opt out of auto-renewal by emailing support@kangoapp.co at any time prior to the end of your then-current Subscription Term. If you terminate a Subscription Service, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current Subscription Term in accordance with all conditions of these Terms and your subscription will not be renewed when your Subscription Term expires.
